I think if push came to shove, there's chance Savage might stand up against Maul, but it's a small one. They're really close, and he's said before he follows Maul in everything.

I don't know how far Savage will go in stopping him, though, realistically. I mean, he's made it pretty clear he thinks Maul goes too far a lot, but he's also said plenty of times that he just kind of follows him.
He's also got like this special power or something called "the force." It can do a bunch of different things. Like move things with his mind. Enhance his already pretty powerful abilities. It can also generate lightning but it's not something that he personally does.

There is. It involves some personal trauma on his part. It's part of what shaped him into what he is.
