[ Ford has been busy since Ozpin finally returned home. Between taking care of Stan, attempting to reinforce the house's defenses, and mulling over the eggs he doesn't have much time, energy, or thoughts to spare for anything else.
Of what he does have to spare, much of it drifts towards the subject of Remnant, colors, and the significance of certain gifts as they relate to both subjects. He takes to tinkering at his workbench in his spare time, rummaging through his stock of reagents that he's procured throughout town and requested from Sodder until he finds what he needs. It takes a lot of trial and error and quite a bit of sleep lost to monofocus, but eventually he has something he's satisfied with.
Convincing himself to contact Ozpin is almost as hard as the project itself, but it comes easier than expected all the same. ]
I've been thinking about what you told me about the significance of color on Remnant. I know it may be some time before we can meet in person again, but once we can I have something I'd like to give you.
